Instructions and advice

PARKING

Cars can be parked:

  1. In the parking lot inside the village
  2. On the main road
  3. In the parking lot before reaching the village

Parking is free

COMFORT

In the house you will find:
- sheets and blankets
- towels
- tablecloths and dishcloths
- toilet paper and paper towels
- shampoo and shower gel
- household cleaning products
- some groceries
- a small outdoor area with a table, chairs, and umbrella

"La Stalla" also offers a small welcome breakfast kit

CLEANING

Bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom linens are changed once a week, and general cleaning is performed in consultation with guests and at the end of each check-out. This is all included in the cleaning fee.

GARBAGE

There are five bins in the house:
- plastic
- paper
- glass and cans
- unsorted waste
- organic waste
They are usually changed once a week and/or after checkout. If guests wish to change the bags earlier, they must notify the host.

SPIAGGE

  • MARINELLA - Tramontana Beach. This is a public beach with facilities, including showers, restrooms, refreshments, and umbrella and lounger rentals. Google Maps
  • LERICI - Venere Azzurra Beach. A free section and a paid section. We recommend parking at La Vallata. Google Maps
  • PORTOVENERE - Mirella and Dell'Olivo public beaches. Google Maps

When visiting Lerici and Portovenere, be aware of the high cost of parking and the large number of people. We recommend arriving early in the morning.
